Video Content Researcher for Police Bodycam YouTube Channel

I am seeking a diligent and detail-oriented researcher to help source and curate compelling video content for my police bodycam YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of law enforcement trends and an eye for identifying footage that will captivate and engage our audience.
Responsibilities:
Research & Source Footage: Locate and request relevant police bodycam footage from various public sources.
Stay Current: Monitor law enforcement trends and emerging stories to ensure the channel stays relevant and engaging.
Collaborate: Work closely with me to ensure the selected content aligns with the overall tone and objectives of the channel.
Qualifications:
Experience with sourcing police bodycam footage is a strong plus.
Familiarity with YouTube content creation and an understanding of what makes videos engaging for viewers.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Contract Details:
This is a month-to-month contract, paid per video delivered.
Initially, I am looking for 4 videos per month, with potential to expand based on performance.
Assuming the initial collaboration goes well, I am open to long-term work with opportunities for increased pay.
