Upload short videos for Youtube

Each video is less than ten min. To be done on my desktop remotely control by freelancer. Upload videos should have multiple subtitle auto generated by Youtube and Transcripts should also be of any languages to be selected by viewers. I can show Youtube links than have this functions and other links that do not have this function to explain. I have 5 videos file to be upload and checked by Youtube. When the files are being uploaded, freelancer can work on other job I will tell freelancer to restart my jop when checking is completed.
