Ultra Longform YouTube Channel EDITOR (Space Niche) NEEDED ASAP!!

We’re looking for someone who can help us create upload youtube videos. Space niche, editing is EXTREMELY simple HD/4k footage b-roll, videos are 2:00:00 hours long. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with us and take on more responsibility over time as you may know, Youtube is an ever-adapting business, and you’ll be required to adapt quick! Requirements:

Preferably someone who has previous experience editing youtube videos that understands fair use (content that don't fall under the copyright system
Being adaptive, thrive in adapting/ change
Can work well with a team
Communication is a must, nothing less this please
Strong written English and understanding of storytelling structure
Can follow detailed instructions but also think for themselves when needed

Working Hours & Salary:

Full-time: 7 days a week (flexible hours)
You can work at any time — as long as deadlines are met and communication stays consistent
Days off are always possible, as long as you communicate in advance and schedule the missed videos ahead of time

Compensation Structure

Base Salary: $400/month, paid on the 1st of each month
MONTHLY BONUS: An additional $100 BONUS will be awarded for exceptional performance if you hit 2 videos a day!
