Troubleshoot studio schedule stream error

Hello! I am looking for an expert to help me troubleshoot a studio schedule stream error with YouTube. The exact error message is 'stream could not be created' but no further info as to why so I can fix it, and this worked fine the first time I scheduled a stream with no issues at all.
