Transform Video Into Shorts

I have already published a two-minute YouTube video (watch it here: https://youtu.be/FlhpSpEwRJA) and now I want an eye-catching vertical version for both TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

The source clip is in standard 16:9; you’ll need to re-frame it to 9:16, trim it down to the ideal 15-60-second range, and add the sort of pace, jump cuts, and punchy opening that performs well on short-form platforms. I’m flexible on which moments you highlight—feel free to propose what you think will hook viewers fastest—but the finished piece must retain the core message of the original.

I’m also open to tasteful on-screen captions, bold text callouts, emojis, or sound-aligned effects if they make the content pop. Just keep everything brand-appropriate and legible on a mobile screen.

Deliverables:
• 1 vertical .mp4 optimised for TikTok (H.264, <60 s, loudness-normalised)
• 1 vertical .mp4 optimised for YouTube Shorts (same cut, YouTube-safe loudness)
• Project file(s) so I can make tweaks later (Open Shot preferred, but I’m flexible)
