Startup YouTube Automation Channel: Freelancers Needed!

I am looking to begin a Youtube automation channel and need a few freelancers to help with it. I would basically lay out what I would like the video to be, and as a team we would work to put the video together. I need a freelance voice actor, video designer and thumbnail designer. Since the YouTube channel is just now being put together, I would begin on paying a basic wage for starters and then as the channel grows, I will raise the wages for everyone involved in the making of the videos. ($8-10/Hour to start).
