Skilled Editor for Philosophical Trading YouTube Videos

Job ID: 40176701

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

Job Title

YouTube Video Editor for Trading Content (Pacing, Text Animation & Storytelling)

Job Description

I’m looking for a skilled YouTube video editor to work on my trading content.
This is not basic cutting and captions — I need an editor who understands pacing, storytelling, and intentional text animation.

My content blends trading concepts, life analogies, and mindset, and the final result should portray me as a calm, precise, philosophical trader — not a loud hype guru.

What I’m looking for:
• Strong sense of pacing and rhythm (knows when to pause, when to punch)
• Smooth, intentional animations (nothing distracting or gimmicky)
• Advanced text animations that emphasize meaning, not noise
• Ability to resonate with analogies and translate them visually
• Understanding of short attention spans without rushing the message
• Clean, modern YouTube editing style

Editing style references:
• Minimal but powerful
• Text appears with purpose
• Silence and stillness used intentionally
• Philosophy > hype
• Clarity > over-editing

If you’ve edited content that feels thoughtful, calm, intense, and intelligent, you’re a good fit.

Responsibilities:
• Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–15 minutes)
• Apply clean cuts, pacing, sound balance
• Add dynamic but controlled text animations
• Sync text and motion with voice and meaning
• Maintain consistency in style and tone

What I will provide:
• Raw video footage
• Script or talking points
• Style references
• Clear feedback and direction

Requirements:
• Proven experience editing YouTube content
• Portfolio showcasing text animation & pacing
• Ability to think creatively, not just follow presets
• Open to feedback and long-term collaboration

Bonus (not required, but a plus):
• Experience editing trading, finance, or mindset content
• Familiarity with short-form clips extracted from long videos

To apply:

Please send:
1. Your portfolio or samples (especially text-driven edits)
2. Your rate per video or hourly rate
3. A brief explanation of how you approach pacing and text animation
