Seeking Experienced YouTube Short Content Creator/Manager - Megaprojects / Construction niche

Hello,
I am Jacopo and I'm currently launching my YouTube channel, focused on YouTube Shorts and within the Magaprojects / Construction niche.
I’m looking for a YouTube Shorts expert that can help us create and publish about 5 short videos per day for the upcoming months. The main goal of the channel is to gain traffic through Shorts fast and build an audience.
The shorts on the channel need to be engaging, and therefore I’m looking for an experienced YouTube Shorts video editor that can implement fast transitions, add subtitles, sound effects, watermark etc. Anything to get the viewer more sucked in the video. But don’t worry, I have clear example shorts you can model, I can show you these if you reply.
It’s important to understand that you also need to find and collect footage based on our niche. I will help you find new topics or deliver custom voice overs but this will not always be the case. So you need to be able to handle this kind of responsibility.
After the shorts are done you can upload the shorts to my YouTube channel. This is almost no work, since we have a specific upload template set on the channel.
