Quick Video Editing , 1 Image Fixing and YOUTUBE upload

I have a raw video file that needs to be tightened up and paced correctly before publishing. The core of the job is straightforward
1. There is an image upside down , that has to be straightened
2. Speed correction ; The entire video is a lot rushed , the voice is very fast, I need to make it like 20% less speed
3. There are some corrections on the Text that appears at the bottom as well!
4. Please make the Video Yourube resolution friendly and you will wil be required to upload the Video to / on YouTube with Video Tags
