I run a YouTube channel built around authentic police body-cam incidents. I’m looking for someone who already holds the full usage rights to raw or near-raw footage and can deliver videos on demand—no FOIA requests or public-records delays involved.
What I need:
• 100 % rights-cleared body-cam footage, recorded in the United States or any English-speaking jurisdiction.
• Each clip should run between 5 and 15 minutes.
• Editing should be minimal; I only plan to trim intros/outros or add channel branding myself.
• Spoken content, radio chatter, and any on-scene dialogue must be in English.
• Preferred format: 1080p MP4 or MOV with clean audio.
