Passive Income YouTube Channel Setup

I need help creating a YouTube account focused on educational content that generates passive income. The channel has not been yet, nor has it chosen a niche. This is done from complete scratch. I'm specifically looking for someone that will run the channel for a while to bring it up to Youtubes monetization standards. Once money has been officially made from the channel, the person will then show me the process of making the content so I can continue to grow the channel. This is listed in the key requirements, but I'll state it here, once the channel is making money and you've shown me how to make the content you post on the channel, your job is done. The full ownership of such channel goes to me. We can discuss if we have a shared channel so I can view the stuff you post or if you own it then send the ownership to me.
