Need 4000hours YouTube views

I do music on Youtube and i need at least 4000 hours of youtube views. I'm here to see how much would something like this cost, i'm not rich so i'm not able to pay much money, so i'm guessing it will be an impossible job but hey i always heard: No! is always Guaranteed, so at least try.
If it's something not in my current budget "30 to 100EUR that i put is just an initial purposal as i don't know how much this things costs", maybe i'll be saving money for future opportunities, bur first i gotta know how much something like this would cost.
