Need help for growth of my YouTube Channel

As mentioned in the title of the project, I am looking for someone to help guide me to the growth of my YouTube Channel. My YouTube channel is relating to Math Videos for Grades 4 - 10. I do get constant views ranging from 200-300 views every 48 hours but something doesn't seem to be working. I am certain that my videos are really good and also better than some of my competitors.
- I am not looking for any Grey method. I want clean methods that will help grow the youtube channel.
- I do not want to buy views or subscribers.
- I want all my viewers to come organically.
This is easy for the right candidate. My budget is $30 per month. This is a very easy job for the right candidate.
For every video, I post. We will have a talk and see how to put description, title, etc...
