Need a YouTube marketer

I am looking for a YouTube marketer who can optimise a video and bring organic growth to the video which I am going to upload by this Saturday. I am not looking for fake followers, likes or views. I want someone who can create a relevant title description, keywords and tags for the video and promote that to the right audience and on the right plate forms.
