Need a YouTube Expert to Recover Channel

I just want a youtube professor to get back my youtube channel.
Here is the things:
I want to sell my youtube channel on the fameswap,and some person let me use the whatsapp to talk about the selling things,he said he is come from Socmedias.com,after talking about the price and details ,I sign the agreement,and he pay the payment via wise.com,and because of the different country ,he shows me that the payment will be received on 4 Sep,and he asked me to invited to be my channel's owner,I do this , and he told me after I received the payment ,I need to change her role to be a main owner ,and I deleted my self.
But here is the beginning ,on the 2 Sep,I reveived an email from youtube ,they told me that I has been deleted from the youtube channel ,and I didn't receive any payment .I try to phone buyer,but he didn't answer my phone ,I try to talk with the youtube support ,but they told me that they didn't process the account disputes,I have no idea,and want to ask ,is there any person can help me to get back my account ?
