Monetize My Youtube Account

I need my youtube account to achieve monetization. this will be done through 40,000 watch hrs and 1000 subscribers.

You must do it so that it does not breach terms and conditions of youtube. I must not get banned, they must not be bots. Currently I have a good number of videos.

Please respond if you can do this it will be an agreed amount hourly.
