Responsibilities:
VIDEO UPLOADS: Upload copyright-free videos regularly to keep the channel active.
WATCH TIME GOALS: Work towards achieving the required watch time hours for monetization.
CONTENT QUALITY: Ensure high-quality content that resonates with the audience.
AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT: Interact with viewers through comments and community engagement.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels.
Content Creation: Ability to create engaging videos or curate content from reliable sources.
SEO Knowledge: Understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithms.Reliability: Commitment to meeting upload schedules and channel goals.
COMPENSATIOn:Payment will be made once the channel is monetized.
20% to 30% of profits after monetization, based on performance and contribution.
