Looking for someone to join the social media team of our band Pandhora:
- create a strategy on Youtube
- Up to date knowledge of the platform (hashtags, SEO, captions...)
- Can do simple video editing (Youtube format / Youtube shorts)
- Schedule & keep a monthly planning
- Knowledge about youtube music
- Engage with the community on the platform
- Fluent spoken and written English 
- Follow up on data & analytics - improve  the strategy as we go 
- Experienced with Google Ads (YouTube ads)
- Creative, consistent, enthusiast and forward looking
