Make 9 YouTube channels and upload 10 videos on each

I need 9 YouTube channels from different IP and computers, using your email and phone
upload 10 different videos on each (I will send videos, previews, keywords, description and else)

Optimize channel (add banner, icon, channel tags)

Optimize each video (preview, title, description, tags, playlist, end screen saver, 1 tip)

Create 1 playlist on each channel, add all 10 videos there

Add 9 playlists to each channel (one from each other channel out of 10 what you do)

Customize the display on the home page of all these 10 playlists

All previews, titles, descriptions, tags I will provide
