Long-term Video Editor for Educational Content

I am looking for a professional and reliable video editor to work with me on a long-term basis for my educational and legal consultancy video content. Editing my own videos is taking too much time, so I want to outsource this work to someone experienced and dependable.
Video Series Details
I am starting two video series:
School, College and NGO setup, approvals, inspections, and management in India (CBSE, AICTE, NCTE, INC, BCI, PCI, etc.).
Innovative teaching and NEP 2020 implementation using Inspire Methods.
Each series will have approximately 50 short videos for YouTube and other platforms.
Editing Requirements
Talking-head educational videos with clean, professional editing. Proper cuts, pacing, light background handling (blur or replacement if required), minimal text, and a professional, authoritative look. Videos should be suitable for YouTube, Shorts, and social media.
Editor Requirements
Experience in educational or professional video editing, good communication, consistency in work, and an affordable cost. Any professional editing software is acceptable.
Payment Terms
Payment will be made per video and only after the edited video is approved. Revisions must be done until the video meets expectations. No payment will be made for unapproved work. Long-term work is available if quality is consistent.
