Long Term | YouTube Shorts | New Freelancer Welcome
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We’re hiring an experienced YouTube Shorts creator to produce 90 high-quality videos per month for our education channel. This role includes high performance-based bonuses for Shorts that hit view, or subscriber milestones. This role will be a long term project for the right creator.
What You’ll Create:
• 60-second max YouTube Shorts
• Faceless, text-based explainer videos
• AI generative visuals (first 10 seconds provided)
• Paid access to InVideo or HeyGen provided
• Clean captions, pacing, transitions
• Fast turnaround and consistent style
Upload to YouTube
You will NOT upload videos to YouTube
Compensation:
MAX IS $3 USD PER SHORT (60 SEC)
• $3 per completed Short
• 90 videos per month
• Long-term assignment for the right creator
Payday is the third Wednesday of each month (USA time).
Requirements:
• Proven experience creating YouTube Shorts that actually performed
• Must show real Shorts on your own channel or channels you directly created
• Strong understanding of pacing, retention, and mobile-first editing
• Ability to follow scripts and timing precisely
• Must deliver 3–5 samples before hiring
