Kick-start a Youtube channel about Hip Hop

I need your help with kickstarting an old YouTube channel about hip-hop
I uploaded a few videos years ago and the channel has +9.5k hours watch time and about 340 subs.
Need your help with content strategy & curation in short term as in long term when it comes to vids & reels in order for it to start monetizing asap. What matters for me most now though, is to get the channel to 1k subs.
- On top of that I require 10 reels to be created so I can post and start from there;;
