Hiring YouTube Video Editor (AI Avatar + Screen Recording)
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Hey!
I’m starting a new YouTube channel focused on making money online / business with long-form videos (10+ minutes).
Editing style reference:

What the job involves:
- Creating full YouTube videos using HeyGen AI (AI avatar will be the face of the channel)
- Generating videos from scripts OR structured guidance
- Doing screen recordings to show step-by-step processes (similar to Passive Biz Lucca)
- Editing everything into a clean, engaging, and organic final video
- Adding smooth cuts, basic zooms/highlights, simple transitions, and background music if needed
Script & content workflow (important):
- For some videos, I will provide exact, ready-to-use scripts
- For other videos, I will NOT provide a full script because narration must match the steps shown in the screen recording
- In those cases, I will provide:
1. General topic
2. Reference video
3. Overall format/structure
4. CTA and key points to cover
The editor must be comfortable creating natural step-by-step narration that aligns with the screen recording
Important notes:
You will be working directly on my HeyGen account
You must learn HeyGen properly before starting work
Do NOT waste credits (HeyGen credits are expensive)
Only start generating videos after full understanding and approval
Payment:
Fixed rate: $0.5 per minute of final video
10-minute video = $5
15-minute video = $7.5
Long-term work available for consistent performers
What I’ll provide:
Scripts (when applicable)
Topics, references, format, and CTAs (when full scripts aren’t provided)
Access to my HeyGen account
Clear instructions and feedback
Requirements:
Experience with YouTube long-form videos
Comfortable with screen recording and tutorial-style videos
Ability to think logically and explain steps clearly
Good English understanding
Strong attention to detail
Bonus (optional):
Experience with AI avatar or HeyGen videos
Familiarity with business / make-money-online content
Similar YouTube editing samples
How to apply:
