Hiring Video Editor for YouTube Shorts

I'm looking for a Video Editor to edit YouTube Shorts for my finance and taxation channel. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is genuinely interested in growing together.

Requirements:
1.Proficiency in editing engaging YouTube Shorts.
2.Ability to use AI voice for voiceovers. (If you have a clear and Good voice, your own voiceover will be preferred. Person who can give voiceovers will be preferred.)
3.Experience with AI video editing tools to improve editing quality and workflow.
4.Good understanding of subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background music, and engaging visuals.

Work Volume:
1.Initially: 15–20 videos per month.
2.The number of videos will increase over time as the channel grows.
3.Budget: Rs.200 per video to start. This is a long-term opportunity, and as the channel grows and the views increase, I'll definitely increase both the work volume and the Editing budget per video.
