Help needed to grow in Youtube ( Please read and reach out)

we have opened my youtube channel last year and we are new to the channel and social media. We would like to consult with someone on how can I grow my youtube channel and earn more views and earn more subscribers. I need someone who can do below
1. Edit youtube videos in FCP
2. Every week I need them to upload them to the channel after approval
3. Patient
4. Have full knowledge on youtube Algorithm
5. Can connect me with the brands
6. Suggest me in the content
7. Give me Ideas
8. Someone who wants to grow with me
