Growing a YouTube channel

We are an academic and education institute that present educational material (lectures) directed to obstetricians and gynaecologists in the Middle-East. The content is presented in Arabic.
We are seeking assistance to expand the audience of the channel. Target audience is obstetricians and gynecologists in the Arab speaking areas.
