Full-Time YouTube Content Manager Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We’re a fast-growing YouTube media company with multiple channels focused on AI-generated storytelling, and we’re looking for someone reliable to help upload and manage our video content. This is a long-term role for someone who’s ready to grow with us and gradually take on more responsibility. YouTube evolves constantly — so you’ll need to adapt quickly and stay flexible. What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with AI story videos is a plus (but we’re happy to train the right person!)
- Comfortable adapting to change and shifting priorities
- Enjoys working with a collaborative team
- Strong communicator — clarity and consistency are essential
- Familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Trello, etc. (Training available)
- Has a Discord account (or willing to create one)
- Solid written English and a good grasp of narrative flow
- Can follow clear instructions but also take initiative when needed
Work Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time: 7 days a week (flexible hours)
- Work whenever suits you — just meet deadlines and stay in touch
- Time off is fine — just notify us and reschedule any missed uploads
- Starting base salary: $400/month (paid on the 1st)
- Monthly bonus: $50 for consistent delivery (see details below)
- Claude subscription (~$20/month) is self-covered from salary or bonus
Pay Structure:
- Base salary starts at $250/month
- Increases of $50–$100/month as your quality and output improve
- Deliver 6 solid AI videos per day consistently, and earn $400+/month
- Hit that target daily? You’ll unlock an extra $50/month bonus
