Full-Time SIMPLE Youtube Video Editor Required (2 Hour Videos)

We’re looking for someone who can help us create ultra longform (EASY) sleep youtube videos (space niche). This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with us and take on more responsibility over time as you may know, Youtube is an ever-adapting business, and you’ll be required to adapt quick! If you're looking for FULL TIME work, please read onwards!

Requirements:

Preferably someone who has previous experience editing youtube videos that understands fair use (content that don't fall under the copyright system
Being adaptive, thrive in adapting/ change
Can work well with a team
Communication is a must, nothing less this please
Has a Discord account (or willing to create one)
Strong written English and understanding of storytelling structure
Can follow detailed instructions but also think for themselves when needed

Working Hours & Salary:

Full-time: 6 days a week (flexible hours)
You can work at any time — as long as deadlines are met and communication stays consistent
Days off are always possible, as long as you communicate in advance and schedule the missed videos ahead of time

Compensation Structure

Base Salary: $100/month, paid on the 1st of each month
BONUS: (An additional $100 BONUS will be awarded for exceptional performance if you hit 1 video PER day!)
