You’ll be expected to own content creation from the moment an idea is sketched to the moment the publish button is hit. That means crafting compelling scripts that fit my voice, cutting footage into engaging edits, and designing scroll-stopping thumbnails that drive clicks.

Beyond production, I want the channel itself tuned for growth. Every upload should carry spotless metadata, well-researched SEO-rich tags, and descriptions that invite both the algorithm and real viewers to stick around. Cohesive channel branding—banner, end screens, playlists, and all visual touchpoints—must feel consistent and fresh. Audience engagement cannot be an afterthought; timely comment moderation, community-tab posts, and smart calls-to-action should nurture a loyal following and encourage shares.

I work primarily with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, TubeBuddy and vidIQ, so familiarity with these tools will let you jump straight in. If you prefer equivalent software, that’s fine as long as output quality and workflow speed stay top-tier.

Deliverables I’ll review weekly:
• Finished video(s) ready for direct upload, including titles, thumbnails, and end screens
• Accompanying script drafts and any raw project files
• Updated metadata, tags, and descriptions for each release
• Channel branding assets when refreshes are scheduled
• A short engagement and analytics report outlining wins, challenges, and next steps

Acceptance criteria: videos meet the agreed brand guidelines, optimization tasks are fully completed before publish, and audience interaction metrics show steady improvement.
