Experienced YouTube Video editor - Talking-Head & Screen Recording Video Editor Needed (Quick Turnaround)

I'm looking for a talented and experienced video editor to help with a YouTube video and a short-form TikTok video. This is a high-priority job with a clear, two-part deadline.
My video is a talking-head and screen recording review style. I have already completed a rough cut of a video that is 45 minutes long. Your primary task will be to professionally edit this down to a final length of 25-35 minutes. My goal is to find a creative professional who can add a final, polished feel to the video and deliver a great TikTok clip.

Project Scope & Deliverables:
The successful freelancer will need to provide the following fully finished deliverables:
Fully Edited YouTube Video: (Final length: 25-35 minutes)
Professionally cut the 45-minute raw footage down to the final length.
Fine-tune dialogue, clean up filler words, remove long pauses, and remove bad takes.
Blur the background behind the main person talking.
Add relevant screen recordings, graphics, and B-roll to illustrate points.
Add motion graphics and text animations to enhance key information on screen.
Integrate professional transitions, sound effects, and background music.
Add on-screen icons, text, and titles to enhance the video.
Add a subscribe button with sound effects.

A 60-second video suitable for TikTok, reusing and cutting from the main footage.
TikTok Thumbnail:
A custom thumbnail for the 60-second TikTok video.

Key Requirements & Workflow:
Experience: You must have proven experience in editing talking-head and screen-recording videos. Please provide a link to your portfolio with your application.
English Proficiency: You must have a good understanding of spoken English to accurately edit the dialogue.

Timeline:
The main YouTube video is the priority. It must be delivered fully edited and ready for publishing by Monday.
The TikTok video and its thumbnail can be delivered 2-3 days after the YouTube video is finalized.
Revisions: I will provide feedback and request up to 3 revisions to ensure the final product is perfect.
Price: My budget for this entire project is $50 - $70 AUD.
Source Files: The final deliverables must include the edited video files and the editable project files for both videos and the TikTok thumbnail.
