Experienced Video Editor for Documentary-style Content

I’m looking for an experienced video editor for a project.
The role involves editing documentary-style videos as well as short-form content. The expected video length will be around 10–20 minutes. This is not suitable for beginners — I’m specifically looking for someone with a strong editing background and a good sense of storytelling.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have solid experience in documentary-style editing
- Be creative and able to bring fresh ideas to the project
- Understand pacing, mood, and narrative flow
- Deliver clean, engaging, and professional-quality videos
- Have a strong understanding of YouTube guidelines and policies
- Know what kind of content should be added or removed to avoid issues
- Be familiar with copyright rules, including where to source safe images, videos, and music
- Ensure the final video is fully compliant and ready for YouTube publishing
