Educational Video Upload & Shorts

I publish short, clear-cut educational videos and need a creative partner who can take each finished file, prepare it for the web, and make sure it reaches the right audience.
Here’s what the workflow looks like:
• Upload the full-length video to my YouTube channel and to Instagram (IGTV or standard feed, whichever fits best).
• Cut the original into engaging, vertical-format shorts/reels that respect each platform’s length limits.
• Burn clean, readable subtitles directly into every version so they work even on mute.
• Design an eye-catching thumbnail that matches the channel’s style guide and drives clicks.
I’ll provide the raw footage, basic talking-point notes, and brand colours; you handle trimming, text, aspect-ratio tweaks, export settings, and timely posting with relevant tags. If you have ideas for smooth transitions or light background music, feel free to suggest them, but the essentials are subtitles and strong thumbnails.
Consistency matters more than heavy effects, so please be comfortable scheduling recurring uploads and keeping file-naming and metadata tidy. Send over links to a YouTube or Instagram account you already manage (educational content preferred) so I can see your pacing, subtitling accuracy, and eye for thumbnails.
