Create a software or back office to submit videos

I know this is a longshot but I wanted to Create a system where we would manage over 100 YouTube channels and have video makers submit their videos that they create on our back office and we can touch up and edit the video in our back office and then submit it to YouTube in the back office can also monitor all video statistics and can monitor which video came from what user that it originally was created by so they can login and see the progress
I’m not sure if this is possible but it would be an amazing website or software to use and finally I would like to make this upload videos very quickly if there’s anyway we can get a system to upload them quickly
