Create a YTB Channel in US Location, with new Gmail and Channel. US Locals preferable

My requirement is to get a Channel to be created in US Location.
I tried using Veepn Extension to my Chrome browser, but it didnt worked out (to be frank)..

My budget is 8$ USD, as its a small task & takes not more than 30 mins.

I will give the Login for Gmail (to be crated) & YTB.
