Overview
We are a rapidly growing company in the sports + education niche looking for a high-performance Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team on a freelance basis. We create content daily across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook and need someone who can keep up with aggressive deadlines while delivering top-quality, engaging edits.

Responsibilities
• Edit short-form videos (reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with strong hooks and retention.
• Edit and repurpose long-form content (YouTube, podcasts, masterclasses, webinars).
• Repurpose raw footage and livestreams into multiple formats for social distribution.
• Manage uploads and ensure platform-optimized publishing (captions, hashtags, thumbnails, titles).
• Work closely with our team to hit tight deadlines (24–48 hour turnaround expected).
• Stay ahead of trends and contribute ideas to increase engagement and conversions.

Requirements
• Proven experience editing for IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube.
• Portfolio/reel showcasing short-form edits that drive engagement.
• Mastery of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Ability to handle fast turnaround times and large content volume.
• Strong communication and responsiveness (Slack/Zoom).
• Available for ongoing work as our content demand scales.
