Comprehensive YouTube Channel Management

I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day running of my YouTube presence so the channel can grow faster and look more professional. Your job spans three intertwined areas:

• Content creation – Work with me on planning and producing fresh videos that fit the brand. Whether that means scripting, light editing, or full-scale production, I’m open to whichever approach you can prove will bring consistent, high-quality uploads.

• Channel optimization – Every upload should be discoverable. I need you to handle keyword-driven titles, descriptions, tags, and polished thumbnails, adjust the overall channel layout when it helps viewer flow, and track performance in YouTube Studio or TubeBuddy to refine future posts.

• Audience engagement – Reply to comments promptly, spark conversation in the Community tab, and suggest creative ways to keep viewers returning, such as polls, shorts, or strategic collaborations.

Deliverables I expect each month:
1. A content calendar with episode concepts, target keywords, and tentative release dates.
2. At least four fully prepared videos ready to publish, complete with metadata and thumbnails.
3. A short analytics report highlighting what worked, what didn’t, and next steps for engagement.
