About the Opportunity
I am looking for a highly motivated YouTube Channel Manager / Video Editor to take full ownership of my faceless YouTube channel, History Meet Money.
The channel is already monetized, but it is not generating revenue yet. My objective is to transform it into a profitable media business over the coming months.
I currently work a full-time 9-to-5 job, so I need someone dependable who can manage the entire production process with minimal supervision.
This is not just a video editing position. I am looking for a long-term partner who thinks strategically, takes initiative, and genuinely wants to help grow the channel.

Your Responsibilities
You will manage the long-form content production process from start to finish, including:
* Researching high-potential video topics
* Conducting accurate historical and business research
* Planning and writing engaging documentary-style scripts (or coordinating script creation)
* Creating or coordinating professional voiceovers
* Editing high-quality documentary-style videos
* Designing compelling thumbnail concepts
* Optimizing titles, descriptions, tags, and overall SEO
* Preparing videos so they are ready for upload
* Tracking channel performance and recommending improvements
* Continuously improving the content based on analytics
The goal is for me to review and approve final work—not manage day-to-day production.

I want to be completely transparent.
The channel is still in its growth stage and is not generating income yet. Because of that, I cannot offer a large salary initially.
I am offering a reasonable starting monthly salary that reflects the current stage of the business.
However, this is intended to be a long-term opportunity.
Performance Review After 3 Months
After the first three months, we will review:
* Video quality
* Consistency
* Channel growth
* Viewer retention
* Click-through rate (CTR)
* Watch time
* Overall contribution to the channel
If your work is helping the channel grow and the business begins generating revenue, I am committed to increasing your salary accordingly.
I believe in rewarding results and building long-term relationships.
