Channel Manager Youtube | FULL TIME | LONG TERM POSITION
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for a young and motivated Youtube Manager able to be in charge of different teams and vision of the Yotube channel.
You will be in contact with me (Oscar) to execute the ideas that best fit the channels for optimal growth.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated to grow the project and be able to bring massive results. This job will require your full attention and focus.
- You must have a proven track record of growing YouTube channels.
- Extremely familiar with tools like Trello, Discord, Google Drive, etc.
- Understand what makes people want to stay/watch the video and understand what makes people click on a thumbnail.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
Primary Tasks:
- Daily communication with members of each channel - Hold each team accountable/meet deadlines.
- Upload daily videos to youtube.
- Copyright issues - communication with editing team to troubleshoot issues with uploads.
- Post comments to videos (often links to playlists) and respond to major comments
- Add videos to playlists.
Additional task:
- Organize, track and make payments.
- Thumbnail design (not super advanced)
- Creating video ideas.
- Planning and strategizing for streams and processes.
Pay: $600 per month (40 hours per week) + BONUS based on channel performance.

1) The channels you previously worked on. At least 30.000 subs, if not don't apply please.
