Building a Youtube, Linkedin, Instagram, and Facebook - with an experienced freelancer

Hello I am wanting to create and possibly manage my Youtube channel and other social platforms. I would like it to consist across all platforms with youtube subs increase is the goal. I am a Motivational Speaker, I have a lot of fit saved from the last 4 yrs and several 17 min motivational videos. I want to figure out the best way unite the footage and release weekly and I will be create and post informational videos on YouTube. So I plan to post 2 times per week. I would the freelancers to be skilled in each of the areas mentioned in the title .
