Boost and manage YouTube channel

This is not the first time I have tried to find someone to help me boost my YouTube channel legally.
I need someone to help me boost my YouTube channel. I can record videos daily, but I need someone to help me.
I am tired of receiving offers from people that promise everything, and they are just scams offering fake followers. Yes, my channel will have 100k subscribers, but none is real, and I can influence no one. So, if you are one of them, do not bother.

The videos and analysis I record work most of the time. I see most channels in my business do the same, and they will never do what I do, and that's calling trade ideas weeks before they happen. It saddens me to see hundreds of thousands of subscribers in those channels; mine only got 21.9K.
Most new videos have hardly any views. I've never purchased any subscribers or views. I don't want any of that.
I know there is a lot of work to do:
- Video SEO optimization.
- Social media and group sharing.
- Social rings.
- Etcetera.
But I need someone who can help me boost my channel to 100K and more because the information I am providing is helpful, and it's not just wet paper like most channels.
I know YouTube shorts are possible now, but I can't see any results with normal videos, hardly any views.
I can record anything, and all will be good quality information, but if nobody is watching the videos, it's just a waste of time.
