ABOUT THE CHANNEL
We run a growing boxing-focused YouTube channel covering:
Hot takes
Fight reactions
Technical analysis
Matchmaking debates
Storylines across weight classes
Our goal is not just to post videos —
we’re building a real boxing community rooted in intelligent, respectful debate and passionate fans.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves boxing and wants to help build that community from the ground up.
This is NOT a “comment spammer” role.
This is a community culture role.
POSITION: Community Engagement Steward
As a Community Engagement Steward, you will help set the tone of our discussions every time a new video goes live.
Your job is to keep the comment section active, thoughtful, and rooted in real boxing knowledge.
You must enjoy talking boxing, debating matchups, and asking good questions.
PER-VIDEO EXPECTATIONS (MANDATORY)
You are responsible for ~2 hours of engagement per video, divided into three windows.
You MUST be available during all three windows for every upload.
1. Launch Window (0–10 minutes after posting)
You must be present the moment the video publishes.
During this window:
Post ONE top-level comment
Post 2–3 natural replies (pinned comment or viewers)
Start at least one debate with a respectful question or counter argument
Missing this window = not meeting the job requirements.
2. Early Discussion Window (30–60 minutes after posting)
Return for additional engagement.
During this window:
Reply to 2–4 viewer comments
Continue any active discussions you started
Add one new perspective in reply form
3. Follow-Up Window (90–120 minutes after posting)
Final check-in.
During this window:
Reply to 1–2 new comments
Re-engage any thread that got responses
Maintain tone and respectful debate
WEEKLY WORKLOAD
We typically post 2–3 videos per week.
Your total time: 4–6 hours per week.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Must:
Love boxing and follow the sport
Understand matchups, styles, and recent fights
Write naturally and conversationally
Debate respectfully
Follow tone and style rules consistently
Show up reliably for all 3 windows per upload
Bonus:
Experience in online community moderation
NOT A FIT IF YOU:
Use generic or copy/paste comments
Don’t watch boxing
Want easy work with low effort
Can’t show up during required windows
Use AI to generate comments
Start toxic or disrespectful arguments
Break tone/style guidelines
Violations result in immediate removal.
⭐ APPLICATION QUESTIONS (MANDATORY)
Please answer the following with your own boxing opinions:
What did you learn about Mason Noakes from his last fight?
Who are your top three lightweights right now, and why?
What’s one rematch that did NOT live up to the first fight?
Give your honest take on Boots Ennis at 154.
Applicants who cannot answer these questions naturally will not be considered.
FINAL NOTE
If you genuinely love boxing discussion, enjoy debating respectfully, and want to help build one of the best fight communities online, this role will feel rewarding and meaningful.
We’re looking for passionate boxing fans — not spam.
