INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) COPYRIGHT LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. The Grant of License
Worldwide Publishers LLC (the "Company") hereby grants the Beta Tester a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable Intellectual Property (IP) Copyright License for the Complete 40 Parables Ministry Kit, including all associated training materials, digital assets, and future updates. The retail and intellectual value of this complete kit and license is established at $2,000.00.

2. Consideration (The Exchange)
This license is granted to the Beta Tester as full compensation for their technical assistance, website formatting (Leadpages), YouTube channel management (including 24/7 live streaming setup), and active participation in testing different digital outreach methods during this initial phase.

3. Strict Usage Guardrails (Company-Approved Materials Only)
To protect the theological purity and global branding of the outreach, the Beta Tester explicitly agrees to the following:

5. Term and Termination
This agreement becomes effective immediately upon signing. If the Beta Tester ceases to assist with the beta testing phase prematurely, or violates the guardrails by using unapproved promotional materials, Worldwide Publishers LLC reserves the right to immediately revoke this license and deactivate the Tester's access to the kit and updates.
