Audio to video conversion updating YouTube channel

For a Christian website we are looking for someone to update a YouTube channel using audio files. The audio files must be downloaded from a website and converted from MP3 to MP4. The ffmpeg tool can be used on the command line to accomplish this. The image will be provided to create the video. In total there are 30 MP3 files which must be downloaded converted and then uploaded to the YouTube channel access will be provided for the YouTube channel. The correct title must be provided for each YouTube video based on the MP3 file.
