I need someone on creating YouTube channel

Hello, I'm looking for someone who could do some real good improvement and growth for my channel. I've been changing my channel name too much lately, trying to find a channel name, but it's not hard. I want to see my channel grow, or even get monetization through the YouTube Partner Program.
