I need a YouTube gaming editor

I am a Baseball gaming YouTuber, primarily around "MLB The Show". I am looking for a FULL-TIME EDITOR for my channel.
Someone who can not only just edit my videos but take it to the next level with great editing skills! I created my channel about 2 years ago but found a niche for gaming a year ago. Decided to stream a game called, MLB The Show. A baseball video game that many play. No different sports game from like 2k, fifa, or madden. I've really grown this year, going from 2,000 subs on YouTube to 50,000 AND gaining 200k+ followers on Tik Tok while Instagram brought in 24k+!
But a couple of months ago I seriously injured my back, causing sciatica to affect my life and sitting down, standing, or moving around in general is just too painful. So that is why I am in search of an editor for my channel to help me. Someone who can do the behind-the-scenes work.
I previously had an editor and things were great but these past couple of months have been stressful for me. Delaying videos, getting videos back late (having to upload late), and not getting DM responses. I have attached some video files that reference how things worked and looked, to get a feel of how some edit cuts were made when playing this game and my recording technique.
Here are some requirements:
- MUST have good knowledge in baseball
- EXCELLENT grasp on YouTube (worked on a channel before)
- ABLE to meet deadlines (I return videos the day before they're uploading, so you have enough time to edit)
- RESPONDS to DM's (Me asking for updates about a video etc...)
- VERY SKILLED with editing (Can adjust to new current styles, bring in good audience retention, watch time, etc...)
If you think you can help me, lets negotiate a price and build a great working relationship for a successful future. (Whatever I put down on fiverr might not be the price we negotiate)
