I am looking for collaboration for an online course

I am an experienced Project Manager and I have a lot of experience to share regarding Project Management in Agile. However I dont have good video editing skills. I need someone who is willing to partner with me to publish the videos on a youtube channel initially, and later perhaps to make a sellable course.

Please note: I am looking for partners who will gain when the channel makes money and dont earn, when channel doesnt make money. I am sure there are excellent video editor out there, who have the skills but dont have content. I can compliment that skills
