I want a video editor for my youtube channel:

Examples of amount of work / edit is in my videos, but I am always open to improvement and different styling, but style is +- as in my videos (uploaded)
Pay is between 5 eu – 10 eu per video (it depends on amount of work, I negotiate this on every video), it is that because for now I am not making any money from youtube, but when I will we will renegotiate this price, I am looking for a long term editor who will get me and make my life easier :DD
Requirements: understanding my style, exporting videos in 4k (I upload 4k video), internet
