YouTube Video Uploading

I need someone to upload already recorded and edited videos to a specific YouTube channel. The quality of the videos i upload come out poor despite exporting to my PC with excellent quality. I have attempted to upload videos with multiple different export settings only watch them lose quality when I upload them to YouTube. Looking for advice more than anything.

Requirements:
- Upload videos without additional processing
- Utilize a specific YouTube channel
