YouTube Team for History Channel

I am in search of a skilled team to take charge of video editing, content creation, and channel optimization for my YouTube channel that is primarily focused on history. The channel features AI-generated shorts and long-form videos about historical events, facts, and figures.

We are seeking professionals for the following roles:

Content Creator (Researcher & Scriptwriter):
Research historical events and figures.
Transform research into engaging scripts suitable for short and long-form content.

Video Producer (Editor, AI Specialist & Animator):
Edit videos, add text overlays, graphics, sound effects, and sync voiceovers.
Generate images and animations using AI tools like Midjourney, Leonardo, and DALL-E 3.
Animate static AI images using Leonardo Motion, RunwayML, or similar tools.
Utilize ElevenLabs (or similar tools) to record voiceover audio.

Voiceover Artist:
Record engaging voiceovers following the provided scripts.
Utilize ElevenLabs (or similar tools) to enhance audio.

Graphic Designer:
Design thumbnails, channel banners, and other graphics.
Create visually appealing elements to enhance the channel's branding.

Requirements:
Proven experience in the respective roles.
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a remote team.
Strong communication skills.
Passion for history and storytelling.
Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule.
Preferred candidates will have experience with similar YouTube projects and a good knowledge of history.

Budget:
