We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated YouTube Growth Manager to join our team on a collaborative basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing YouTube channels, increasing engagement, and boosting subscriber counts. You will work closely with our content creators and other collaborators to develop and implement strategies that drive channel growth and enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement on YouTube channels.
Conduct regular analysis of channel performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for better visibility and search ranking.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with growth strategies and audience preferences.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in YouTube marketing and algorithm changes.
Create and manage YouTube ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic and subscriptions.
Engage with the YouTube community by responding to comments and fostering a positive community environment.
Collaborate with other team members to cross-promote content and leverage additional growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a YouTube Growth Manager or similar role with demonstrable results.
Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and best practices.
Experience with YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and other performance tracking tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative growth strategies.
Knowledge of video production and editing is a plus.
